My love for animals and Mother Nature serve as inspiration for me. My dogs and the woods surrounding my studio in Foster Rhode Island influence my work. The patterns contained within trees, bark and leaves supply endless design and form possibilities. These influences are evident in my work, which often contain these elements, either directly or indirectly.

 I’m a self taught potter creating pieces individually, either wheel thrown; hand built or rolled out on a slab roller that my husband built for me. My work is both decorative and functional.
